- When am I charged?
- At the end of the 14-day trial, and then once every billing period — every year on the annual plan, every month on the monthly one.
- Does it renew automatically?
- Yes. The subscription renews at the end of each period at the same price until you cancel it.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account settings, at any time, without writing to anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- What if I want my money back?
- Write to us within 30 days and we refund you in full. No reason required, no conditions, no exceptions.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- You can export everything, before or after. Export is not behind the paid plan and never will be.
- Who processes the payment?
- Paddle, acting as the merchant of record. Your card details never reach us, and Paddle handles VAT and sales tax where it applies.
